Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Cierra's Maid To Clean LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Cierra's Maid To Clean LLC provides professional cleaning services including:
- Residential cleaning services
- Commercial cleaning services
- Deep cleaning services
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Other cleaning services as agreed upon
Booking and Scheduling
Appointments
All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to confirm all appointments and may refuse service at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in charges. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule appointments. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred times.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and electronic payments
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Returned checks will result in additional fees
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable working conditions
- Secure or remove valuable and fragile items
- Provide access to all areas to be cleaned
- Inform us of any special requirements or hazards
- Provide accurate contact information
- Be present or arrange for access during scheduled services
Insurance and Liability
We are fully insured and bonded. Our liability is limited to the cost of re-cleaning or the actual cost of the item, whichever is less. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage not reported before service
- Damage to items that are not properly secured
- Electronics, antiques, or items of sentimental value
- Damage caused by faulty equipment or fixtures
- Normal wear and tear
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to resolve any issues and may provide additional cleaning at no charge if necessary.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information and property. Our employees are trained to maintain professional standards and discretion.
Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing cleaning services with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate behavior.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
